Page 1 of 2 Welcome 2011! As we begin the New Year, I’d like to get a chance to introduce myself to everyone. My name is Daniela Lanni and I am the new Director of Community and Recreational Activities for the Town of East Greenbush. I attended Columbia High School and am a graduate of SUNY Oswego. I am very excited and look forward to all of the great events and programs that we have planned for this year. Within the next few weeks the updated forms for Summer Camp and Sports Camp registration will be posted on the Town website as well as the After School Bowling registration forms. These forms will also be available to pick up at the Town Hall. I also hope to create an information guide packet that will outline the activities and programs that will be occurring throughout the year. If you have any questions, comments or concerns, please don’t hesitate to visit my office in the Town Hall or call the office number. Hope everyone is having a happy and healthy start to the New Year and please continue to check the website periodically for updates and changes as well. Thank you, Daniela Lanni 225 Columbia Turnpike

Looking for some extra spending money? Or are you looking for someone to help out with your household chores? Periodically, residents in the Town of East Greenbush contact the Department for Community and Recreational Activities and request for youths, between the ages of 13-18, who are willing to work odd jobs. Youths interested in this program will be entered in a database and sorted according to location. Individuals will be contacted only if residents request help in their vicinity. These jobs include, but are not limited to, yard work, childcare, mother’s helper, cleaning help, elderly companion, shoveling, and general outdoor maintenance. If you are interested in becoming a part of the Odd Jobs list, please fill out the following application and return it to the Department for Community and Recreational Activities in the Town Hall, or pick up an application in the office. |
