The Town of East Greenbush land Subdivision Regulations, latest revision April 11, 1999, regulates the subdivision of lands, adjustments of lot lines, and the development of lots for all single lots except one and two family houses. All subdivision plots are subject to review and approval of the East Greenbush Planning Board.
