The Town of East Greenbush land Subdivision Regulations, latest revision April 11, 1999, regulates the subdivision of lands, adjustments of lot lines, and the development of lots for all single lots except one and two family houses. All subdivision plots are subject to review and approval of the East Greenbush Planning Board. For an applicant to appear before the board, the applicant needs to meet with the Planning Director to discuss their proposal and than meet with the Project Review Team. The application and fee can then be submitted to the secretary of the Planning Board ten days prior to the next scheduled Planning Board meeting.
