The Town has developed maps showing the topography and drainage areas within the Town, the boundary of the regulated MS4 area within in the Town, and a location map of all MS4 stormwater discharge points (“outfalls”) in the regulated MS4 boundary area. The designated MS4 boundary does not encompass the entirety of the Town.
