I hope everyone is enjoying the early summer.
A number of topics to discuss briefly ---

1) A thank you to Jim Moore, Joe Cherubino, Rich Benko, and Bob Davey and the Project Review Team. The team has had a number of discussions with new business coming into the town. The town, at the present time has four shovel ready proposals and a couple of corporate businesses ready to close.

2) The DPW crews are doing a great job in regards to our MS4 projects. The men are also excelling in regards to sprucing up the town.

3) A thanks to Comptroller Jim Breig. Jim and I have been working on a number of different issues; the deficit being one of the focal points. We are looking at early retirement incentives, different budgeting practices and our continued investigation of shared services. Jim and our financial consultant will be traveling to New York City to sit down with Moody's in the near future.
