From The Desk Of Rick McCabe

I would like to thank the residents for their patience in our construction phase of the roundabout at Couse Corners. The project is moving as planned. We will keep everyone updated as the process continues.

The summer is winding down which is evident by the ending of our summer camp and programs. I thank Daniela and Anita. The programs had over 200 attendees and were a great experience for all.

We are in the process of developing a new grant application for studying the Town Park Lake and installing a new handicapped accessible bathroom.

We will be getting grant monies in for the improvements at Hampton Manor Lake. The grant will also help up our MS4 (stormwater) program. Many thanks to Matt Mastin and Hank LaBarba for their continued efforts.

Thanks to the DPW and Commissioner Dave VanWormer. We had a couple of water breaks which had potential to be a major problem. The men did a fine job in repairing the problems.

The parks look great. They have been booked all summer.

Music in the park is going on every Tuesday night at Onderdonk Park. It was great seeing GELVIS the other night. The August 9th concert has been rescheduled to September 6th. The band is Whitewater!

The budget process has started. Jim Breig will be gathering all information and we will have a workable budget compiled in about a month.
