EAST GREENBUSH LEAF PICK UP Has concluded as scheduledThe Department of Public Works began spring leaf pick-up the week of April 27, 2009. Leaves were picked up every day during that week followed by the next two consecutive Mondays, on May 4th and 11th and the last scheduled pickup occured on May 18.
Leaves must be placed in biodegradable paper bags (not plastic bags.) In addition to leaves, the Town will also accept MANAGEABLE SIZE bundles of tied brush not to exceed four-foot lengths.
The costs of bags are 3 for $1.00 and are available at the following locations:
