The Department for Community and Recreational Services is happy to announce the winners of our annual Chili Cook-Off which took place on January 14th during Winterfest at Goff Middle School. The judging was conducted openly by festival attendees who had the opportunity to taste each chili and cast their votes. Congratulations to the following winners: “Most Original” – Barb Harris of Rensselaer, “Hottest/Spiciest” – Hunter Talar of East Greenbush, and “Best Tasting” as well as “Most Votes Overall” – to our very own Anita Nero! Thank you to all six of the entrants and to all of the judges for helping make this event possible.
