Notice of Public Hearing –
November 14, 2018
Town Board of the Town of East Greenbush
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Town Board of Town of East Greenbush will hold a Public Hearing to receive public input on the application for site plan approval for construction of Building 17 (manufacturing) at the Tempel Lane Campus of Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. at 6:00 p.m. on November 14, 2018, at Town Hall, 225 Columbia Turnpike, East Greenbush, New York 12144. Comments will also be received on the Amended Statement of Findings being considered by the Town Board pursuant to the State Environmental Quality Review Act with respect to the Tempel Lane Campus. Copies of the site plan application and related documentation and the draft Amended Statement of Findings can be viewed at the Town Clerk’s office or online at www.eastgreenbush.org.
