The Board of Ethics was empaneled in 2010 by the Town Board. Its functions include: Investigation of complaints and issuance of advisory opinions pursuant to the Town’s Code of Ethics;
- Promulgation of the rules and regulations by which the Board of Ethics operates;
- Research and recommend to the Town Board amendments to the Code of Ethics;
- Coordinate training of Town employees on the Code of Ethics;
- Report its activities to the public and Town Board on an annual basis.
