THERE WILL BE NO PARK PAVILION RENTALS AFTER OCTOBER 8, 2017.
RESERVATIONS FOR 2018 RENTALS WILL BEGIN ON JANUARY 5TH 2018
All renters must fill out a Facility Use Request Form
If you are serving alcohol you must fill out an alcohol permit
If you are having a bounce house, pony rides, etc. you must submit a certificate of insurance with the Town added as an additional insured.
There is a non-refundable $50 deposit
Cancellations less than 2 weeks in advance will not be refunded.
Reservations not paid in full by due date listed on reservation form will be cancelled.
