The Town of East Greenbush land Subdivision Regulations, latest revision April 11, 1999, regulates the subdivision of lands, adjustments of lot lines, and the development of lots for all single lots except one and two family houses. All subdivision plots are subject to review and approval of the East Greenbush Planning Board. For an applicant to appear before the board, the applicant needs to meet with the Planning Director to discuss their proposal and than possibly meet with the Project Review Team. The application and fee can then be submitted to the secretary of the Planning Board TEN days prior to the next scheduled Planning Board meeting.
Planning Board Meetings are normally scheduled for every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month and start at 7 p.m.The Proposed 2021 meeting dates are: January 13th & 27th, February 10th & 24th, March 10th & 24th, April 14th & 28th, May 12th & 26th, June 9th & 23rd, July 14th & 28th, August 11th & 25th, September 8th & 22nd, October 13th & 27th November 10th & 24th, & December 8th & 22nd.
Copies of the Town's Land Subdivision Regulation are available for review online. Application forms and schedule of fees are available through the Planning office located in the Town Hall or online under document downloads, Planning Department and then Forms.
