Join the Conservation Advisory Council - Volunteers Needed

The Town is seeking volunteers to join the East Greenbush Conservation Advisory Council (CAC). The Town Board established the CAC to preserve and improve the quality of the natural and built environment within the Town, recognizing that the integrity of natural, historic, and cultural resources on which people rely depend upon stewardship and other protections enacted through citizen participation in cooperation with Town, regional, State, and other public and private partnerships. Members must be Town residents and should have an interest in, or specific skills and training relative to, preservation of natural resources, open space conservation, and the improvement of environmental quality. CAC Members serve in a volunteer capacity and are appointed by the Town Board.

For more information, including application instructions, please see the Job Description.  Applications will be reviewed and evaluated on a rolling basis until required CAC appointments are filled. Please contact Lisa Borst at or 518-477-2127 with any questions.
