Annual Election of the East Greenbush Fire District #3
Notice is hereby given that the Annual Election of the East Greenbush Fire District #3 will take place on Tuesday December 14, 2021 between the hours of 6:00pm and 9:00pm at the firehouse located at 68 Phillips Rd, East Greenbush, NY for the purpose of electing (1) Commissioner for a five (5) year term commencing on January 1st, 2022 and ending on December 31st, 2026 and (1) Commissioner for a two (2) year term commencing on January 1, 2022 and ending on December 31st 2023.
To be eligible to run for the office you must be a resident of Fire District #3.
Candidates for District Office of Commissioner must submit their letter of intent by the close of business on November 24, 2021 to the District Secretary at 68 Phillip Rd, Rensselaer, NY 12144 to be placed on the ballot.
All residents of Fire District #3 duly registered with the Rensselaer County Board of Elections as of November 22, 2021 shall be eligible to vote.
