PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the East Greenbush Town Board has scheduled a Public Hearing for Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at 5:45 pm at the East Greenbush Town Hall, 225 Columbia Tpke. Rensselaer, NY 12144 [*or by remote means] to consider public opinion on the adoption of the Town’s 2021 Annual Report for Phase II SPDES General Permit for Stormwater Discharges from Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4) GP-0-15-003. A copy of the Annual Report will be on file in the Town Clerk’s Office or by viewing the MS4 Report.
