SE TAKE NOTICE, that the Town Board of the Town of East Greenbush, County of Rensselaer, State of New York, will hold a Public Hearing at the East Greenbush Town Hall, 225 Columbia Turnpike, in the Town of East Greenbush, New York on the May 10th, 2023 at 6:15 PM to accept public comment on the proposed major site plan application by Mabey’s Realty, Inc. to construct an approximately consisting of a proposed single-story 30,425 sq. ft. warehouse building and a single-story 5,460 sq. ft. retail/commercial building located at located at 486 3rd Avenue Extension, Rensselaer, NY, 12144. Copies of the major site plan application and related documentation can be viewed at the office of the Town Clerk in Town Hall or online at https://www.eastgreenbush.org/departments/planning-zoning/apps.
