Notice of Public Hearing
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that pursuant to a resolution adopted by the Town Board of the Town of East Greenbush, the Town Board shall hold a public hearing to receive public comment on the Receive Public Input on a project to transform Lakeshore Drive permanently into a one-way street and create a loop path (the “Project”) on June 9, 2021, at 6:30 P.M., at Town Hall located at 225 Columbia Turnpike in the Town of East Greenbush, or by virtual means, to consider a local law. At that hearing, the Town Board shall receive comments from the public about the Project as follows:
The Project would include pedestrian and bicyclist accommodations around Lakeshore Drive, including an evaluation of alternative approaches to transforming Lakeshore Drive into a one-way roadway. The Town Board will hear a presentation from its traffic engineering experts about the Project.
Materials developed as part of the Project, including a draft traffic engineering memo, may be inspected at the Office of the Town Clerk during regular business hours, and by viewing: Complete Streets.
