Notice Regarding joint Zoning Advisory Committee and Conservation Advisory Council Meeting
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Advisory Committee jointly with the Conservation Advisory Council of the Town of East Greenbush will hold a public meeting on January 24th, 2022 beginning at 7:00PM to consider the below listed agenda items;

2. Overview of Comprehensive Planning Process (10 minutes)
3. Overview of Zoning Update Process (15 minutes)
4. Discussion of Proposed Zoning Districts and Map (30 minutes)
5. Identification of Definitions Changes/Challenges (15 minutes)
6. Next Steps
a. Refinement of Proposed Zoning District Map
b. Definitions
c. Key Area and Bulk Table Changes
7. Public Comment

Pursuant to New York State first law of 2022, and advisories issued by Federal, State and Local officials related to the COVID-19 virus, the Zoning Advisory Committee will convene the public meeting remotely.
The public meeting will commence at 7:00PM and shall be conducted through the use of Zoom, a web-based video conferencing tool with local, desktop client and smartphone applications that will allow Board members and the public to participate electronically and remotely by audio and with or without a video connection.
